Training excellence award

This award will be given to a training provider for excellence in course design and training delivery, which can include the provision of field, training centre or on-line training.  A training provider may be an independent training centre or a training service provided by a heat pump manufacturer.

Assessment criteria

1. What is the extent of training available from this training centre?
2. What are the courses offered?
3. Are these courses accredited to a nationally recognised body?
4. Are innovative training methods and media used where appropriate?
5. How many trainees has the centre trained in the last 12 months?
6. Does the centre assist in MCS accreditation?
7. How does the training centre assure the quality of the training provided?
8. What additional material have you attached to this entry?
